treatment fee has been explained and records taken we require
an initial payment that is due at the time the braces are
placed. |

The balance
of the treatment cost is spread out over the treatment period.
For example,
if treatment will be 2 years, your payments will be equal
dollar amounts over 24 months. There is no finance charge. |

5% discount for payment in full at the start of treatment. |

payment plans, for up to 5 years, through Care Credit Corp.

Insurance
– plans that have orthodontic benefits usually allow a maximum
coverage of
$1000 - $2000. We will accept assignment from most plans. |
